Where the Next Generation Learns From the Best

QB Collective was founded in 2016 by Richmond Flowers III with a simple idea: young quarterbacks deserve access to the same level of teaching, insight, and football knowledge that exists inside the NFL.

Flowers' path through football gave him a unique perspective on the game. After playing collegiately at Duke, he was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars and went onto play several seasons in professional, amateur, and international leagues. He later transitioned into coaching, joining as a staff member with the Washington Redskins, where he worked alongside some of the most influential offensive minds in football.

That experience changed the way Flowers viewed quarterback development.

He saw firsthand how much of elite quarterback play happens beyond physical ability through preparation, processing, and leadership. QB Collective was created to bring that perspective to the next generation.

More Than Training

QB Collective brings together some of football's most respected coaches and teachers to provide an experience that goes beyond traditional quarterback camps.

Our team has included NFL head coaches, coordinators, position coaches, former players, and front-office executives. Rather than simply focusing on drills or exposure, QB Collective emphasizes education, understanding, and development of the whole athlete both on the field and in the classroom.

Over the years, QB Collective has worked with many of the country's top quarterback prospects and has brought together an extraordinary network of student alumni and some of the most respected names in professional football.

But the mission extends beyond developing individual players.
